Excellent experience from start to completion
We started this adventure with Nate V., our project designer. He was so easy to work with as he listened to our concerns with the bathroom remodel. He was extremely knowledgeable about the total process and products. By the time he left, we felt like we knew Nate and trusted his recommendations. Yesterday installer Dillion from Tulsa arrived at our home in Wichita and I kid you not, he is a professional, knowledgeable, friendly and downright kind young man. He arrived on time, started out the day telling us exactly what he was going to do, answered all our questions and then went to work. Over the day, we kept peaking in, he answered questions and explained what he was doing while he continued to work. From time to time he would call us in and asked if we preferred this or that. He never just did things his way because it was easier, he truly wanted to do what was best for us. The end result is truly amazing! Both Nate V and Dillon are stellar employees and we give both employees and the company a 5 star rating! Thank you SO much for a great product and experience from design and sales to installation.
