As a member of the Events Team with Tailored Remodeling you will be joining a team of high-level sales professionals who are passionate about what they do. You would represent the company and our values while assisting prospective customers with their home remodeling needs.

Becoming part of our team offers you the opportunity to work at trade show exhibitions with a base pay per hour plus a rewarding commission. Some shows are in your local area however there is some travel required at times. You will be working in a professional environment where you have the chance to truly make a memorable 1st impression with our future customers!

We are currently searching for Inside Sales Professionals to join our team! You will help homeowners create the home of their dreams. You will lead homeowners through a detailed overview of their remodeling needs over the phone and also virtually online. By the time you get off the phone, you’ll have made a new friend and left the customer eager to get started on making the home of their dreams.
No cold calls! All leads are warm! With that said you should be comfortable speaking on the phone and talking to people about their home needs, but don’t worry if you’ve never been in the home improvement industry. Our training program will teach you all you need to know!
Primary Job Functions
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and events by making outbound calls to generate new prospect leads, identifying and qualifying opportunities.
- Build effective relationships with potential clients and existing customers, by use of consultative qualification and adapting the prescribed call script into your own voice.
- Set proper expectations with prospective clients and guide them through our process.
- Identify and qualify opportunities for cross-selling our home improvement services to current and future customers.
- Speak positively and enthusiastically about the company, its products and services to ensure that a professional and consistent brand image is provided at all times to customers.
- Enter data accurately into our Customer Management System to ensure a smooth hand-off to the in-home sales team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1-3 years minimum of sales experience
- Must be comfortable on the phone and using a computer
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work alternating Saturdays
- Experience with CRM
Compensation
- Hourly, plus commission and bonuses
