I visited with Wyatt Garwick, a sales consultant, from Tailored Remodeling. He was prompt, courteous and thorough with his inspection. We reviewed options for replacing the tub/shower combo in the main bathroom. I was especially impressed with the overall warranty and level of training for the installers. I feel confident this was a win-win interaction and look forward to working with Tailored Remodeling on this project. The price was very competitive!

The old tub, ceramic tile surround was removed, and new the shower enclosure base with sliding doors were installed. Rich did the initial appointment and coordinated demo and installation. We had to leave for a funeral and coordination was simple and no hassle rescheduled appointment. Work was completed by Alan, (not sure forgot) in a professional manner.

We had two bathrooms redone in our home. Everyone on the team was very professional and the bathrooms turned out great! We couldn't be happier with them. We had to break our instal up over two visits and I did feel like there was a breakdown in communication for a few days but everything was corrected and both bathrooms were completed with no problems. Dylan was able to do both installs and was fabulous.
