Matt Malone did a wonderful job on our new shower. He mad sure everything was customized to my needs. And he worked effortlessly around my husband who was in a hospital bed in our living room. He was knowledgeable and hard working. He also made sure he cleaned everything up when he was finished. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Wyatt was extremely helpful in helping us select a beautiful walking shower with the safety features that we need. He listened to our needs and presented us with options to fit them perfectly
Wyatt was very understanding that my husband has accessibility issues.
He gave us information about VA possibly being able to help us with the cost. Even without help we received a very good price. He did not pressure us at all to make a decision right away, simply provided us with information.
We look forward to getting our walk-in shower installed soon.

Adam was the best! Professional & still warm & friendly, a perfectionist that answered any questions with logical answers in layman’s terms. He was very organized with his tools & equipment & time. I was impressed not only with the quality of his work, but with how clean he kept my house & bathroom while he was doing it! When he left for the evening, everything was put away & out of the way. I can see why the company has a lifetime warranty, they hire the best of the best who do it right the FIRST time😍

The whole process of getting my new walk in shower was pleasant from start to finish. I'm very proud of the quality and craftsmanship. The finished product was as the Tailored representative promised. The installer was professional and did a very good job. I've almost become obsessed with using the squeeze he proved to remove the water drops after showering. I just want to keep it looking great
